Pool Garden [Camping Stay]

1 Registration & Conditions

• ・Use of our facilities is limited to those who agree to these terms.
• ・Minors cannot use the facilities without adult supervision.

2 Fees & Payment

• ・Facility usage fees apply to all persons (except infants) and all pets.
• ・Basic fees, facility usage fees, and rental fees are based on published rates.
• ・Payment must be made in advance. Please complete payment at check-in before entering.
• ・We accept cash and PayPay.
• ・For groups, organizations, or events, payment may be made by a representative.
  *Representatives must submit a participant list.

3 Usage Rules

• ・Available for individuals, groups, meetups, and events.
• ・Each private space can be rented for day use or overnight camping.
• ・Rates, hours, and capacity follow each space's specific rules.
• ・You may bring tables, chairs, tarps, tents, food, and drinks to your private garden.
• ・Smoking is prohibited in all private gardens. Please use designated smoking areas.
• ・Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM for overnight campers. Please be considerate of sleeping guests.
• ・Charcoal BBQ and cooking is allowed. Gas stoves and hot plates may be brought in.
• ・Campfires are allowed but direct ground fires are prohibited. Use fire pits on provided boards (available for rent) to protect the lawn. Please be mindful of fire intensity and neighbors.
• ・Music players and instruments are allowed but please be considerate of others and neighbors.
• ・After using campfires, dispose of wood and charcoal in designated bins.

4 Guests with Dogs

• ・Dogs that are unwell, aggressive, in heat, or have infectious diseases, skin conditions, or parasites that may harm others are not permitted.
• ・Dogs must be kept on leash in shared areas and managed to avoid disturbing others.
• ・Stop excessive barking promptly.
• ・Do not leave dogs unattended in private spaces.
• ・Owners must clean up after their dogs. Dispose of waste in designated bins and rinse urine markings with water each time. This helps protect the natural lawn and maintain facility hygiene.

5 Prohibited Acts & Liability

• ・Acts that disturb other guests or neighbors are prohibited. Staff will address complaints; please comply immediately. Failure to do so may result in removal and future ban.
• ・We are not responsible for any troubles, accidents, or theft within the facility.
• ・Guests will be charged for damage to facility property or rental equipment, or for contamination requiring special treatment.
• ・We are not responsible for fires or accidents caused by guest negligence.
• ・Fireworks, explosives, loud audio equipment, foul-smelling items, generators, and other items that disturb neighbors are prohibited.

6 Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse service or reservations in the following cases:

• ・Violation of laws or public order and morals.
• ・Behavior that disturbs other guests.
• ・Association with organized crime groups or related organizations.
• ・Past incidents of problematic behavior (including violation of staff instructions or terms).
• ・Severe weather or other conditions making facility use unsafe.

7 Service Changes

We may change or discontinue services without prior notice and accept no liability for any resulting damages.

8 Terms Amendments

We may amend these terms at any time without notice. The current version applies to all usage.
